The Novare Management Program is a network program for senior women executives who have come far in their careers. The program is also open to women executives working in companies outside the Investor sphere. Participants have the potential to be appointed to top-level positions in their companies. The objective of the program is to support the participants in their leadership and expand their professional networks. The program combines learning, exchanging experience and working on real business challenges in order to create a platform for long-term networking among the participants.

This time Novare Management Program chose our center to visit. Total of 26 female company leaders from Sweden visited our center and they are very interested in the management of the hospital and hospital's future development. Co-president Dr. Sun and Director of International Affaire Dr. Cheng, vice-chairman of Breast Cancer department Dr. Liu and other members of that department hosted the group.
