On the 23rd of Feb, 2011, Italian Nonprofit Quale Medicina Foundation (Quale Medcine’s) founder Dr. Franco Naccarella and its Medicare Cultural consultant Dr. Lei, Sun visited our center. They brought us proposal of Scientific Twinning letter from famous Italian Cancer Institute IEO (Instituto Europeo di Oncologia) and CNAO (Centro Nazionale di Adroterapia Oncologica). The proposal letter includes:1. Joint Academic Seminar2. Exchange Scholar3. Training for Radiation Oncologist4. Development of International Clinical Trial5.Research program
The guests received warm welcome. Vice President Dr. Dingwei Ye hosted the meeting, Director of Radiation Oncology Dr. Zhen Zhang, Director of Tissue Bank Dr. Menghong Sun, Director of International Affaire Dr. Xi, Cheng, Professor of Radiation Oncology Dr. Guopei Zhu joined the discussion. This visit set the connection between our center and two Italian Cancer Institutes, laid the foundation for future collaboration.
