From Sep. 23th to Sep. 24th, NATURE MASTERCLASSES were successfully held at Fudan University Shanghai Cancer Center(FUSCC). Nature Publishing Group (NPG) is a publisher of high impact scientific and medical information in print and online. NPG publishes journals, online databases, and services across the life, physical, chemical and applied sciences and clinical medicine. NPG has a long history and has become a top-ranked academic publisher in the world. This training was organized by FUSCC international affairs office, and two experienced nature magazine editors Min Cho and Peter Gorsuch were invited to give lectures. Min Cho, Nature Communications Team Manage and Peter Gorsuch, science editor from Nature Publishing Group(NPG), Nature Communications Project Manager. Two-days training program attracted 30 selected outstanding clinical doctors and laboratory researchers to attend. The objective of the training is help students to understand three questions include:

1. How to get the most out of the writing process

2. Editorial processes and how to work with them

3. What it takes to get published in top-ranked journals
