November 2rd,2017,  a five-people delegation headed by Professor Regine Landmann, Advisor Foreign Affairs, University Hospital Basel arrived at FUSCC for visit. Vice-president DIngwei Ye from FUSCC, Director Changhong Miao of Department of Anesthesiology, Director Weijun Peng of Department of Diagnostic Radiology, Director Zhang Zhen of Department of Radiation oncology, Director Yiqun Cao of Department of Neurosurgery and other FUSCC authorities attended the meeting. FUSCC VP Dingwei Ye expressed a warm welcome to the guests and made an oral presentation on hospital construction, faculty training, and scientific research. 

At the meeting, based on the early stage project communication, an agreement was signed between the FUSCC and University Hospital Basel. The main content includes clinical training, doctors training, bio-medicine research and etc. After the signing ceremony, medical experts from both sides had talks and lectures on different themes.
