The Multidisciplinary Treatment Team of Head and Neck Cancer was founded in 2006. The team has expanded since then, and remains its leading position of diagnosis and treatment of head and neck cancer in China. Recently, the team has obtained several important research projects from National Nature and Scientific Foundation and Shanghai Key Scientific Research Program.

Organized by the chair of the team, Professsor Qinghai Ji of head and neck surgery, the team aims to provide higher cure rate and quality of life for the patients through integrated and optimized therapeutic strategy. All the team members have improved their communication and cooperation as to ensure the quality of care for every patient.
