Title:Associate ProfessorEducation & Professional Experience Dr. Yingjun Zhao was graduated from Wuhan University in 2001, and she received her M.S and D.S degree from State key Laboratory of Oncogenes and Related Genes, Shanghai Cancer Institute at 2005 and 2010, respectively. Since 2005, she has started off her career in molecular oncology at State key Laboratory of Oncogenes and Related Genes. From October 2013, she goes to Fudan University and joined the Cancer Institute of Shanghai Cancer Center to pursue her research in hepatic tumorogenesis area. Specialty Hepatic cancer, Cancer epigenetics Research Demonstrating the function and mechanism of hepatic cancer associated genes and miRNAs. Developing of novel genomic events based on next generation sequencing platforms and their applications in addressing epigenetic questions in hepatic cancer. Deciphering posttranscriptional regulatory mechanisms of RNA binding proteins (RBPs), in particular RNA-editing related RBPs and their involvement in hepatic cancer pathologies and development.
