Studies on oncologic molecular imaging using 18F-labeled tumor-specific proteins and antibodies (and fragments), such as PS-targeted 18F-Annexin B1 and 18F-Annexin V for apoptosis imaging, PSCA-targeted 18F-diabody for ImmunoPET imaging of prostate, and studies on fast and novel 18F-radiofluorination chemistry (including microwave-assisted chemistry and click/bioorthoganol chemistry, etc.) and automated synthesis technology (including microfluidic chip and traditional modular technology).
